Yes, we have a minimum of $250 before fees and taxes.

HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST?
Air-filled balloons can last up to two weeks when properly stored indoors and away from the outdoor elements. Helium Balloons generally last about 24 hours.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
All bookings are based on availability. We strongly suggest booking at least a month in advance. We try to accommodate our customers but want to avoid disappointments if certain materials and time frames are not available.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to reschedule you must do so at least a week before your event date and we will be happy to apply your deposit for the future date (*All Rescheduled events are subject to availability)

IS YOUR COMPANY INSURED?
Yes, Balloons By Jenn is fully insured. Please contact us to acquire a copy of Certificate of Insurance.

ARE BALLOONS ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Latex balloons are made of natural rubber and are 100% biodegradable. Mylar balloons are not biodegradable, however, they can be recycled.
